I was under Anita’s care and it was a very fruitful time for me. We have worked together for over half a year. Trainers who told me that I had to “stick to diet” and sent copy-paste training plans, completely unsuited to my needs and possibilities, I had few in my life. Luckily. It is not difficult to see how uneven and dominated by trained enthusiasts this industry is. And I was looking for professionals! I worked with Anita for several months. Very good contact, individually written diet, supplementation and training plans, with an overview of exercises, as well as short instructional videos. I have been running for several years around 1500-2000 km a year, cycling for 6 years, usually 3,000-5,000 km per year. Anita showed me very clearly that strength training is necessary for running or cycling. I definitely recommend working with Anita.
Anita is an extremely professional person, fully involved in the training of her pupils. She has impressive knowledge and vast experience, which allows her to apply adequate training solutions even in very difficult cases. I started working with Anita in June 2019. From the very beginning I felt an amazing thread of understanding with my new trainer. Anita is an open, cheerful person, and at the same time she is extremely professional. She listens to the needs of her pupils, adjusts the training program to the client’s individual abilities, gender, body structure, chronic diseases and goals. What is extremely important to Anita is the health of her pupils. During training, she can quickly find the causes of past failures, she has extensive knowledge on dietetics, hormonal disorders and eating disorders. She can – apart from creating a perfectly matched training program – create a nutrition plan and advise on supplements. For me as a doctor, it is important that as I progress in training, lose body fat and improve physical performance – she regularly sends me for periodic blood tests so that she can modify the training plan if necessary. What I admire in Anita, apart from full professionalism and extraordinary personality, is the fact that she can fantastically motivate both during and outside training. She cares not only about the physical side of his pupils, but also the psychological side. And you can never hide anything from her – she will always know when I cheat and eat something that I shouldn’t 😉 Thanks to working with Anita, I lost 18 kg, and my figure is getting closer to my ideal, which we are still working on. After an hour of training with Anita, I want to move mountains, and thanks to the effects of her work, I started to believe that everything is possible. I can’t imagine working with another trainer ever again! I’m ready to follow her to the end of the world 😉 and I recommend working with Anita with a clear conscience 🙂
After 1.5 years of hard training, I managed to get into a form of life. It wasn’t easy and I had to change a lot in my nutrition and training. Despite the stress at work, various health problems (discovered by Anita), thanks to hard work and the help of wonderful people from Iron Nation, who provided me with super professional advice, I did it! For several years I’ve tried to work out in the gym by myself – the effects were mediocre. I found all sorts of plans on the Internet that I tried to follow. Without much results or effect. I also didn’t know how to approach my diet. In the end I was always tired, and the results were not visible. The enormity of information and approaches to training that I found on the Internet were not only mutually exclusive, but also didn’t bring the intended effect – better life, appearance, well-being – because that’s what it’s all about. Finally, when I ended up on the operating table for knee surgery, which also involved a long rehabilitation, I was in the worst form of my life (4 months of lying down and let’s face it – eating). I had a lot of pounds of fat to shed and no idea how to do it. So I directed my steps to Matt and decided that I would follow his guidelines carefully. What was my surprise when, after a year, many pounds down, I was in a shape that I didn’t think would ever be available to me. The changes that took place with my body were phenomenal. The key, however, was not to cheat and to follow the plan diligently. The trainings were certainly prepared especially for me, arranged according to my abilities (not a program created once and then distributed to each client). How do I know that? Because the program took into account my limitations, weaker and stronger sides, injuries or the lack of specific machines in my gym – which is a very professional approach for me. I can certainly recommend cooperation with Matt and Anita to everyone, but you must remember that if you don’t follow the guidelines they indicate, you can’t count on the effects from heaven. However, if you follow the program, the results will be electrifying.
I can honestly recommend Matt as a personal trainer. Before the first consultations, I exercised for a few years with shorter or longer breaks, but only later did I understand how important, apart from the physique, is health itself, i.e. good nutrition and looking at the body as a whole, and not just breaking records in the gym. Previously, I used to eat sweets every day as a “supplement” to my daily diet, now I do it sporadically, which is also thanks to Matt and introducing sweet replacements in the diet. Besides, whenever a question arises, I can count on a quick and really reliable answer (even in the late evening hours 🙂 ).
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt since 2018. I’ve been serious about exercising for most of my life and I’m extremely committed to my training so it was very important to me that I had a trainer who guides me with patience and support. Maciej has extensive knowledge in every aspect of fitness, health and nutrition, he’s very enthusiastic and pushes you to do better and better every time.
